DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the next Land Development Council luncheon featuring Christy Clark\, Mayor of Huntersville. Representatives from City of Charlotte Development Services will also present on improvements to the permitting process.\n\n\n\nKindly register for the event by Friday\, June  6th for our catering order.\n\nRegistration will close on Monday\, June 9th.\n\n\n\nFree to Land Development Council Members\n\n$20 to attend for non-council members\n\n\n\nRESERVATION POLICY\n\nNo refunds for reservations made and not cancelled in writing by Noon on 6/09/25.\n\nThe Land Development Council strives to deliver pertinent information to those involved in bringing raw land to finished lots. Due to extremely focused program topics and limited space\, priority seating will be given to registrants whose business is directly involved in the land development industry. Depending on how critical the content is\, interested attendees whose business serves other facets within the home building industry may be placed on a waiting list.\n\n\n\nThe HBA hosts monthly socials at Ed's Tavern.
