DESCRIPTION:ELECTION RE-CAP\n\nEver wonder what it takes to run for local office? LDC welcomes industry professionals from across the Greater Charlotte region who are running in their local elections. This month we're featuring a panel discussion with James Pressly (Statesville)\, Alex Walker (Statesville)\, and Morgan Smith (Bessemer City). Rob Nanfelt (REBIC) will also provide a recap of local municipality election results.\n\n\n\nDeadline to register is Monday\, November 10th!\n\n\n\nRESERVATION POLICY\n\nNo refunds for reservations made and not cancelled in writing by Noon on 11/10/25.\n\nThe Land Development Council strives to deliver pertinent information to those involved in bringing raw land to finished lots. Due to extremely focused program topics and limited space\, priority seating will be given to registrants whose business is directly involved in the land development industry. Depending on how critical the content is\, interested attendees whose business serves other facets within the home building industry may be placed on a waiting list.\n\n\n\nThe HBA hosts monthly socials at Ed's Tavern.
