General Contractor's Continuing Education

Renew your GC License for 2027 with us.
Get it done before the state deadline!

We’re offering the full 8 hours of NC required Continuing Education to renew your GC License. Attendees will be able to walk out with a certificate at the end of the full-day session.

What to Expect:
- 4 hour class on inspection best practices & review of major defects/violations of the NCRBC
- 2 hours on smoke and CO detectors/alarms 
- 2 hours of Board mandatory updates
- Course material emailed prior to the event with reminder notice to registered attendees

INSTRUCTORS: Scott Querry & Jeff Griffin
Both instructors come with decades of experience as licensed General Contractors and Code Officials. Additionally, they have taught construction technology and code classes at Central Piedmont Community College holding multiple NC licenses or certifications.
