Our guest speaker is Ward Marotti with Spangler Environmental.
We will get an update on issues related to:
- Sackett v. EPA
- US Army Corp of Engineers / WOTUS
- Wetlands
Participation in this committee is open to any HBAGC member whose business is related to bringing raw land to finished lots (Developers, Land Planners, Land Engineers, etc.). They meet monthly to exchange information and ideas relating to the development industry and engage elected officials to address opportunities and obstacles to development.
