Housing Innovation Summit is coming to Charlotte, May 19-21
What’s the Housing Innovation Summit?
The 2026 summit is co-hosted by the City of Charlotte and Home Technology Ventures. They aim to “Discover Actionable Strategies and New Solutions to Transform the Homebuilding Industry.” We will have Dennis Steigerwalt, President of the Housing Innovation Alliance; Chris Langford, Managing Partner of Home Technology Ventures, and Warren Wooten, Assistant Director of Affordable Housing with the City of Charlotte on hand to discuss their partnership and the Summit’s goals.
We're also hosting Brian Richards, Planning Director for the Town of Huntersville, to present on what's next in the Town’s development pipeline. Deadline to register is Monday, February 9th.
