LDC Luncheon - 03/12/26

Builders across the country find themselves in need of a paradigm shift - there’s not a way to change a NIMBYs mind, instead we need to mobilize young families and voters. Sinclair Agency was successful in doing just that with their “Let Builders Build” campaign in Kansas City. Come hear from Chris Sinclair and Sarah Wallace about the research and PR campaign that was able to change the narrative - and what we can do here in Charlotte to build our own campaign.

Following Sinclair Agency’s presentation, we will hear updates from Nick Stanziale, Division Manager at Charlotte Water and Crystal Panico, New Development Program Manager at Union County Water (formerly Union County Public Works).
