LDC Luncheon - 06/11/26

This session, titled “Getting to Know Our Neighbors: Building a Shared Community; the Challenges and Opportunities in Rezoning and Housing”, will feature a panel discussion moderated by LDC’s Hy Nguyen and Mike Kissel. Panelists include; Javier Lopez (President of the Steele Creek Residential Association), Douglas Welton (Charlotte Planning Commission), Gwendolyn Jackson (Urbane Environments) and Walter Fields (Land Use Consultant). Javier Lopez will also provide a short presentation.
“Getting to Know Our Neighbors” centers around rezoning best practices and how to communicate and connect with the neighborhoods surrounding new developments. You won’t want to miss the discussion!
