Instructions

The Land Development Council (LDC) serves its developer, home builder and trade partner members to foster an open forum for continued review of ordinance and regulations that affect efficient development practices.

10 monthly luncheons (excludes July and December) at no additional charge to LDC members

LDC Members must be employed by an active Builder or Associate Member of the HBA of Greater Charlotte. Annual LDC Membership dues are $100 and can be renewed 12 months from the time an individual joins. Council fees include Affiliate Membership status.
