Convergence was founded by Joshua Huffman with the goal of creating an industry leading technology partner for our clients. Mr. Huffman realized that customer service with many companies in the industry was on a decline. Offshore call centers, long lead times, and a lack of out of the box perspectives had become too common. At Convergence we pride ourselves on having well trained technicians, programmers, designers, engineers, and support staff.
