Madison Homebuilders has been in business since 1997. We are exclusively an "on your lot" builder. The most unique thing about our approach is that our customers don't need construction loans to build with us. We build all of our homes on the financial strength of our company, saving our customers $10,000's in typical construction loan interest and fees. We are headquartered in Charlotte, NC but operate in 4 markets...Charlotte and Conover, NC...Columbia and Greenville, SC. We have design centers/office locations in each of these areas.
