Matt Elston has over 20 years of Mortgage Lending experience. A graduate of Mississippi State University, Matt has lived in Rock Hill, SC for the past 21 years. Matt specializes in jumbo lending, conventional loans, physician loans, lot loans, and construction loans, and understands that communication is key to delivering exceptional service during the home loan process.
Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife and two children as well as being an active member of his church. Matt has lending capabilities in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia (more states eligible on a case-by-case basis.)
