By completing the following application, you are agreeing to the following:

The Primary Member of Record listed on this application will receive our newsletter, event notices and industry info via email. Email is the main method of communication. We do not publish or share your email.
The dues paid to the HBA of Greater Charlotte (HBAGC) are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities. The HBAGC estimates that the deductible portion of your 2026 Builder Member Dues is $497.40.
Builder Members are assessed quarterly for each building permit issued to your company. Any residential home permit pulled in Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Mecklenburg, and/or Union Counties will be assessed at a $20 fee.
